Sate Mr Adams has rekindled hope to rainstorm victims in Fugar Etsako central Local Government as it
distributed relief materials ranging from bags of cement, tones of nails,
roofing sheets blankets, bags of rice and beans to them.
The Special
Adviser on special duties and Emergency,
Maimuna Momodu distributing the materials said that the
exercise is in line with the Adams Oshiomhole administration policy of giving
back to the people of the electorate.
Maimuna Momodu said the over 165 victims who have been
taking refuge elsewhere would be catered for on the level of losses incurred.
Sound
Some of the obviously
elated beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the State Government and other who
have empathized with since the disaster.
You will
recall that a devastating storm few weeks ago wreaked havoc on vast Communities I Etsako Central Local Government
of the state rendering over a hundred Families homeless.
The state Government has continuously called
on affected Communities to plant trees in their neighbourhood to act as wind
breakers during Rain storms.
