The commissioner assured
of commitment to sustenance of peace in the state as recorded in the past one
year.
Mr. Folusho Adebanjo
warned criminals to either relocate from Edo State or shun crime completely if
they must remain in the state.
He
advocated for continuous public support
to ensure efficient crime control and prevention across the state.
Some of the
suspects admitted to the crimes charged
against them by the police.
Items recovered from
the suspects were seventeen assorted guns, fourty eight live cartridges, three
SUV Jeeps, one Honda Pilot Jeep, two Lexus Jeeps without plate numbers, one battle
axe and one sharp cutlass.
The police
commissioner said all the suspects will soon be charged to court.
