Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State says journalists must never glamorize criminals who intend to undermine the sovereignty and unity of the country, saying such persons must be reported as enemies of the nation.

CHURCH BUILDING COLLAPSE

Governor of Edo state Mr Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state says government would investigate the circumstances leading to the collapse of a church building which led to the death of one person and left two others injured.

The Governor of Edo state Adams Oshiomhole has expressed satisfaction at the quality of work at the central Hospital, Benin City.
The Governor stated this on Wednesday   when he paid an unscheduled inspection visit to assess the level of work at the central hospital.

VANDALISED ASSEMBLY COMPLETION



The Festus Ebea led Edo State House of Assembly has commenced renovation of the house including re-roofing of part of the assembly complex allegedly vandalized in the wake of the crisis rocking the house.

Edo State Ministry of Education has described as unfortunate the ill-fated protest which greeted College of Education, Ekiadolor on Wednesday.
The Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mrs. Gladys Idahor  said  the protesting students  were misinformed stating that the government was not owing teachers of  colleges of education in the state including Institute of Technology and management,  Usen.

Life has bounced back in Government Hospitals across Edo State Following the full resumption of Resident Doctors after they were recalled by the Federal Government.
