Top leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State, including the party’s Chairman in Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area, Osawaru Ekhator, Onaiwu Igbogbo, Igbinoba Enoma, Victoria Aisagbonbuomwan, Alfred Igbinoba among others led over four thousand members of the party to join the All Progressives Congress at a mega rally to receive the defectors in Benin City .

EBOLA OREDO.

The need for inhabitant’s  of Oredo Local Government Area to embrace proper environmental hygiene standards as a way of curbing spread of the Ebola virus has been re-echoed by the Local Government chairman   Mr Osaro Obazee.

PDP LOSES 2,000 MEMBERS TO APC IN EDO

The rank of the People Democratic Party PDP, in Edo State depleted, last weekend, as the party lost over two thousand memebers to the rulling All Progressive congress, APC, in Igueben Local Government Area of the state.

The Governor of Edo state Adams Oshiomhole has expressed satisfaction at the quality of work at the central Hospital, Benin City.

The Governor stated this on Wednesday   when he paid an unscheduled inspection visit to assess the level of work at the central hospital.
