WAR AGAINST CRIME IN EDO STATE;




Police parade fresh 32 criminal suspects,
Amongst them rapist-pastors.

Another set of thirty-two suspects were paraded at the Edo State Police Command on Thursday allegedly involved in various crimes  including kidnapping, , armed robbery, cultism among and  Rape of minor .  
 With this number paraded on Thursday, the state police command has paraded over ninety two suspects in the past five weeks.
Among those paraded was a 47 years old pastor of Deeper Life Bible Church who allegedly defied  two under aged girls of eleven years each, a gang of vehicle snatchers as well as a 64 years old man and her daughter, 37.
The pastor who identified himself as Eze Fidelis admitted to the crime. He claimed that he was tempted by the devil.

Others paraded alongside Pastor Eze Fidelis for similar offence are one Segun Oteru, Saturday Cole and Eugene Odozor.

 The police recovered one locally made double barrel Gun,  eight live cartridges, two vehicles Audi 80 car and a Golf car with registration numbers AP 891 USL, NF 415 KJA  .
The state police Commissioner, Mr. Forusho Adebanjo who supervised the parade said the hunt for criminals is an indication of his earlier promise that he will not relent to rid the state off evil people.
Mr. Forusho Adebanjo called on members of the public to always give useful information to the police  to facilitate  tracking of  criminals.  

 
The police commissioner added that many other suspects are still in police custody that are yet to be paraded, saying that the police will parade them as soon as investigations are completed.
 Adebanjo assured that all the suspects will be charged to courts as soon as possible.
